Why Chirimen

Capabilities & Process

From DFM review to final inspection, every part is engineered and verified in-house.

1

DFM Review

Engineers check your drawing and suggest manufacturability improvements.

2

Setup & First Article

One-setup machining reduces handling; FAI confirms the process.

3

Production

Swiss and turn-mill cells run validated, repeatable processes.

4

Inspection & Ship

CMM and metrology sign-off with full traceability before shipping.

Our People

Engineers, Operators & Quality Team

A multidisciplinary team — R&D, production, QC and sales — supports every project from drawing to delivery.

FAQ

Common Questions

What materials can you machine?

Titanium (incl. Ti-6Al-4V ELI), stainless steel (316L, 17-4PH), PEEK, cobalt chrome, brass, copper and aluminum — among others.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We support low-MOQ prototyping and scale to high-volume production. Tell us your annual volume for the best pricing.

Do you sign NDAs and support OEM / private label?

Yes. We offer OEM machining, ODM co-development, private label packaging, laser marking and NDA-protected project management.

Which countries do you ship to?

We regularly ship to the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and other markets. We accept inch and metric drawings and can support DDP terms.

What is your typical lead time?

Prototypes are usually turned around in 5–10 working days; production lead times depend on volume and material, and are quoted together with DFM feedback.

Which drawing formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, DWG and PDF are all accepted. A 2D drawing with critical tolerances is enough to start a quote; 3D models speed up DFM.

Send Us a Drawing. Get an Engineer-Reviewed Quote.

Most quotes are returned within 24–48 hours with DFM feedback and realistic lead times.
